Breathe into an atmospheric state of introspection and self-discovery. We will begin class with a brief explanation and demonstration of the breathwork technique, and a short centering meditation. Then, we will actively breathe with music and supportive words to help guide your experience, and release any tension and stress. While no two sessions are alike, many leave the breathwork session with an increased sense of clarity, calm, and joy.
The entire class is around 45min, with 25min spent actively breathing.
Class begins at 6:00pm PST.
