Vancouver 2010 – Olympics Re-lived

Happy Saturday everyone!  I’m off to Granville Island this afternoon, as Amanda entered a contest called, “Why I love Granville Island”.  We get to make a belt, tour the Granville Island Brewery Tap room, go for a boat ride, and cap it off with supper at the Sand Bar.  We’re doing a video about the day so that will be posted soon too!

Also, we’ve been working on a video for Stormtech Apparel the past few days, filming will wrap up tomorrow with the completion of my first ever half Marathon, so I’m very excited about all of that.  Do you have any suggestions for first time half marathoner?? The video is about 50% live script and about 50% voice over.  I’m new to the voice over biz, so Amanda always shares her knowledge and wisdom with me, and guides me through the reads…check it out…:)

Ya, there’s never a dull moment with us : )

I also wanted to do a special post today about the opening night of the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, one of the most magical moments I’ve ever felt my entire life!  The unity of the city, the country, the world!!  I couldn’t care less at first about the Olympics, but I can’t explain it, when I saw that flame run by me in person…it cast a spell on me!  Throughout the next 2 weeks, I want to share with you, pictures of my experience with the Olympics.  We’ll start with these, thank you so much for your time!  I’m excited to share these cool memories with you!  Have an amazing weekend!
